Facility/Maintenance Director

Job Summary:
The Refuge is looking for an experienced facility/maintenance person to manage our day-to-day maintenance needs. The ideal candidate should possess the following:
• The ability to be a self-starter
• The ability to identify and correct maintenance/facility needs
• Possess excellent organization skills and schedule flexibility for event set up
• Must be a skilled multi-tasker with facility/maintenance/cleaning experience
• Must be reliable and committed to consistently meeting deadlines
• Have the ability to supervise maintenance staff to ensure Refuge needs are being met
Ministry Coordinator

Campus Location: Greensboro, NC
Job Summary:
The purpose of this position, which is viewed as a ministry, is to bring administrative support to the ministries of The Refuge. Administrative Assistants will support the ministry of The Refuge by giving attention to the daily administrative responsibilities of the organization. Administrative Assistants will also support the ministries of The Refuge by maintaining the highest level of moral integrity as well as a commitment to the unity of the organization.
Administrative Assistant

Production Director
Employee Type: Part-Time
Campus Location: Kannapolis, NC
Job Summary:
The role of the Production Director is to lead and oversee the live production of services in person and online, using the highest level of creative and technical expertise. This role is responsible for maintaining current trends and improving the use of video, lighting, and audio at The Refuge Church. As the Production Director, flexible working hours will be required, being routinely scheduled to work during weekend and/or evening service times.
