The purpose of this position, which is viewed as a ministry, is to bring administrative support to the ministries of The Refuge. Production Director
Employee Type: Full-Time Salaried
Campus Location: Kannapolis, NC
Job Summary:
The role of the Production Director is to lead and oversee the live production of services in person and online, using the highest level of creative and technical expertise. This role is responsible for maintaining current trends and improving the use of video, lighting, and audio at The Refuge Church. As the Production Director, flexible working hours will be required, being routinely scheduled to work during weekend and/or evening service times.
