Kids Ministry Coordinator

Job Summary:
The Ministry Coordinator is a full-time leadership role responsible for the operational excellence of Refuge Kids. This person oversees systems, logistics, volunteer coordination, and event execution across Preschool and Elementary ministries. By managing the behind-the-scenes details, this role empowers the Preschool and Elementary Directors to focus on ministry vision, leadership, and relational impact.
The Ministry Coordinator ensures that every environment, volunteer, and event runs smoothly, efficiently, and in alignment with the mission of Refuge Kids.
