  19 Refuge Riders Motorcyle Ride

  Spring is here and the motorcycle riding weather could not be better! Refuge Riders, polish the chrome, wax the paint, and clean the windshield! Saturday, May 19th, is our first organized motorcycle ride of 2012. We will meet at the Wayside Restaurant on Branchview Drive and Cabarrus Avenue at 8 AM for breakfast. We will leave promptly at 9 AM for 3-4 hours of beautiful riding. Fill your tanks up and we will see you at 8 AM at the Wayside!

  20 Salisbury Campus All Church Fellowship

  The first Salisbury All Church Fellowship of the year will be held Sunday, May 20th, from 5-8 PM at the Granite Quarry Civic Park located at 202 Peeler Street in Granite Quarry. We will provide the meat and the drinks, and you bring a side dish and a dessert. Bring a chair or blanket and the whole family for a time of fun, food, and fellowship—Salisbury style!

  Are you interested in participating in water baptism?  Water baptism will be held during our 7 PM service on Saturday, May 26th.  If you would like to participate in water baptism, you must sign up, so please register using the registration tab at the left of this page.  There is a class you must attend prior to being baptized, which will be held at 5 PM at our Action Drive offices, and the baptism service will follow.  You must be registered by Thursday, May 24th, to participate this month, so sign up today!

  Are you looking for a time of fun, food, and fellowship in the great outdoors in the beautiful spring weather? If so, then come out to our All Church Fellowship on Sunday, May 27th from 4:30-7:30 PM at Frank Liske Park in the Philip Morris Shelter located behind the tennis courts! Frank Liske Park is located at 4001 Stough Rd, in Concord. We will provide the meat and the drinks, and you bring a side dish and a dessert. Bring a chair or a blanket and the whole family for a time of fun together at the All Church Fellowship on Sunday, May 27th!

  3 Equipping the Saints Classes

  ETS, or Equipping the Saints, classes will be held Sunday nights, June 3rd-17th from 4:30 - 6:00 PM, and will be taking place at both Concord and Salisbury Campuses. ETS is a three-week course that teaches the values and vision of The Refuge, as well as how to function in the church body. You will also be presented with overviews of the ministries of The Refuge and how you can get involved! At the end of the course you may choose to make covenant and become a member of The Refuge. You can register for this class by using the registration tab at the left of this page! Childcare will be provided for children ten years old and younger for those that register.

  Tuesday, June 5th at 6:30 PM is your next chance to audition for the Worship Team here at The Refuge. If you are interested, you can pick up an application and a description of the choir or band at the Information Station at the Concord Campus.   Hello women of The Refuge! Come and join us on Thursday, June 14th, at 7 PM for our Awakened Worship Encounter! We will be spending time in worship together and will be hearing a powerful message from Pastor Teri Furr. Come early to grab a cup of coffee and spend time in fellowship! Childcare will be provided for single mothers only; however, you must call the church office by Monday, June 11th to register your children. We hope to see you there!
